Framework agreement for pest control services

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for pest control services for the Housing Strategy, Capital and Maintenance Directorate of Limerick City and County Council. One supplier will be appointed to provide both planned and reactive pest control services for rodents, flies, insects, aphids and, where necessary, birds and feral cats. Services will be called off across Limerick City and County, including tenant-occupied local authority housing stock, halting sites, area offices and depots. Up to 450 callouts are expected over a 24-month period, but this volume is not guaranteed. The framework is expected to start in the third quarter of 2026 and run for up to 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions.
