Framework agreement for protective vests for inspection staff

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of up to 1,300 protective vests for the inspection staff of the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM). The existing staff, currently 939 inspection employees, will be measured after contract award. The first call-off is expected in 2027 for 626 protective vests including accessories, and the remaining part of the minimum quantity is expected to be called off in 2028. Orders are placed through individual call-offs, but the contracting authority is not obliged to order more than the minimum quantity of 939 protective vests. The contract term is 4 years and may be extended twice by 2 years each, unless the contracting authority terminates it at least 6 months before the end of the respective term.
