Media monitoring service

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a ready-to-use media monitoring service for the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes). The service must provide a solution that can be deployed quickly and that monitors the agency’s visibility in public, the effectiveness of its communication activities, and signals in its operating environment. During the contract period, additional services or new features may be ordered as options, with their scope and pricing agreed separately. One supplier will be selected. The contract starts on 1 September 2026 or at the latest after both parties have signed, and it is valid until further notice. This procurement is part of a larger package, with the other parts to be tendered later.
