Digital workplace

Summary

The tender concerns HASO's digital workplace. It covers users' workstations and workstation equipment, telephones, meeting room AV equipment, and the procurement of the office local network, together with deployment, management, support, maintenance and lifecycle services. The contract also includes Microsoft 365 licences, takeover of the current environment, management, maintenance and support services, and tasks related to user administration, information security and continuous service development. The detailed scope is described in the annex on the subject of the procurement.
