Specialist planning for monitoring

Summary

The tender concerns specialist planning services for monitoring the Lipowsky Bridge (BW 40/12) in Munich. The bridge is a prestressed concrete structure with stress-corrosion-prone prestressing steel, and a replacement bridge is planned for the future. The selected specialist will concept, plan and support the procurement of a specialist service provider for structural measurements, and will accompany the installation, operation and evaluation of the monitoring system. The monitoring is to include an acoustic emission system, at least one additional independent monitoring system (for example fibre-optic), and video surveillance. The work is to be delivered in stages over three service levels.
