Summary

The tender concerns financing through property leasing of up to EUR 5,000,000 during 2026–2027. The financing will cover the investment and preparatory costs of the construction project for the Tornio high-level foster care unit. The successful bidder acts only as the financier; project risk and other liabilities related to the leased premises are transferred to the other contracting parties.
