Summary

The contract aims to reduce operating costs, especially those related to postage and outgoing mail delivery, while ensuring a quality service and optimal tracking. The framework agreement is reserved for adapted enterprises, sheltered workshops or equivalent structures where more than 50% of the workers concerned are persons with disabilities who, because of the nature or severity of their impairments, cannot work under normal conditions.
