Summary
The tender concerns the appointment of a communications operator. The selected supplier will receive exclusive rights to operate and develop an open fibre network in Gotlandshem’s property portfolio and to provide a platform for broadband, TV and other digital services to tenants, including a basic broadband offer free of charge (“Welfare broadband”).
