Summary

The tender concerns architectural, engineering and construction supervision services for the preparation and conduct of the procurement procedure for the new administrative centre in Brake for the Wesermarsch district health office. The selected consultant team will coordinate and professionally support the procurement procedure, prepare output-oriented/function-based construction specifications, carry out the economic feasibility study, prepare the bid forms, support negotiations, evaluate bids from both an economic and construction-technical perspective, and after the procurement procedure provide contract and construction controlling during planning and construction to ensure performance in line with the contract. Legal services are not part of this tender. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the work in stages.
