Technical building services design and planning services

Summary

The tender concerns engineering services for technical building equipment and related outdoor installations, mainly for existing facilities, substations and associated properties. The work includes maintenance, renovation, conversion and small to medium new-build measures, as well as preparation of service specifications for maintenance services and advisory services. The contract is divided into two lots and the aim is to conclude two framework agreements per lot.
