Air travel analytics and insights SaaS service for destinations

Summary

The procurement concerns a SaaS-based analytics service with a web self-service portal, underlying data, datasets and analytical functions. The customer must be able to independently access, search, analyse and export the air travel and destination-related data, markets, reports, analyses and insights included in the user rights. The service must include built-in dashboards, charts and tables for real-time self-service use, and no API connections are required. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for Business Finland Oy and Lot 2 for the City of Helsinki. A bidder may submit a tender for one or both lots. The portal must be available at least in English, and all tender documents must be in English.
