Summary
The tender concerns a digital incident reporting system for the fire and rescue service of the City of Aachen and the Aachen City Region. The contractor must provide software for digital incident documentation, configuration, maintenance, support, consulting, training and documentation, as well as additional hardware such as charging mounts, card readers, printers, SIM cards and mobile device management. The end devices themselves are procured separately by the contracting authorities. A framework agreement is planned for 3.5 years for the City of Aachen, with an optional extension of 1.5 years, and for 5 years for the Aachen City Region.
