Language services – clear language, text preparation and automatic translation

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for language services for NVE. The supplier will provide clear language support, including courses and training, writing workshops, text processing, proofreading and language review, drafting work, and translations, including into Nynorsk, Northern Sami and English. The supplier may also offer digital tools that support delivery, such as automated translation and proofreading, language data support and development of AI services. The estimated total billable amount over the two-year contract period is up to NOK 6 million, with no minimum purchase obligation. The contract runs for two years from signature and may be extended twice by one year each under the same conditions.
