Summary

The procurement concerns software licence supply services and operative customer consultancy services. The framework agreements are intended to support licence management for major software portfolios and ensure compliance with the use of the software under signed agreements with rights holders. The procurement is divided into two lots, and tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. One framework agreement will be concluded with one legal entity per sub-area, and up to two tenderers may end up handling separate sub-areas.
