The tender concerns a digital verbalisation system for mobile enforcement. The contractor must supply and implement one solution consisting of a back office and app(s), including hosting, management, maintenance, support, implementation, acceptance test support, training and documentation. The system must be suitable for digital enforcement, intelligence-led enforcement and real-time insight into enforcement activities. The expected scale is up to 20 smartphones, up to 20 concurrent users and up to 30 users in total, with performance suitable for 30 enforcement officers in the field, 7 office users, plus a functional administrator and a data analyst.
