iCAN Website Network Administration, Training and Technical Support Services

Summary

The tender concerns website network administration, training and technical support services for the iCAN community archival project of the National Museum of Ireland. The contractor will act as liaison with the current website supplier, monitor and follow up website performance issues across the iCAN network (currently 59 websites), provide training in digitising cultural heritage material and in the iCAN WordPress CMS, support online iCAN Digital Champions sessions, and help volunteer groups develop and maintain their community archive websites. Services are mainly for online delivery, with in-person sessions in community venues across Ireland when needed.
