Summary

The tender concerns fresh fruit and vegetables for the production kitchen in Bergen municipality and its cooperation partners. Under the agreement, locally produced food from Vestland County may also be purchased outside the agreement, provided that the goods are bought directly from the manufacturer or from a sales outlet that sells only locally produced food. Purchases from grocery chains or outlets with a mixed product range are not covered by this exception. Separate contracts exist for deliveries of groceries, fish products, meat products and dairy products to production kitchens, as well as for food products for service locations with food production and for nursery schools and schools in household packages. Frozen fruit and vegetables for the production kitchen are purchased under the groceries contract.
