The tender concerns the supply of milk and dairy products for production kitchens in Bergen municipality and cooperation partners. Under the contract, units may also buy locally produced food from Vestland County outside the contract, provided it is purchased directly from the manufacturer or from outlets that sell only locally produced food. Purchases from grocery chains or outlets with a mixed product range are not covered by this exception. The notice also refers to separate contracts for groceries, fish products, meat products, fruit and vegetables, and food products for service locations, nurseries and schools in household packages.
