Summary

The tender concerns the construction of two replacement buildings at the JVA Fuhlsbüttel site and the related structural, earthworks, waterproofing, concrete, masonry, thermal insulation and facing works. Work must start immediately after contract award, but only after the security screening has been completed; completion is due no later than 12 March 2027. The first detailed schedule must be submitted within 21 calendar days after award.
