Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of Kreishaus Recklinghausen. The scope includes all necessary measures relating to fire protection, building services, health protection, complete roof renovation, demolition of the existing façade and its reconstruction, removal of contaminated internal walls, and almost complete demolition and rebuilding of the interior fit-out. The works must be carried out while the building remains in operation, so the bidder must plan for phased clearance, interim solutions and, if necessary, work in external premises or containers.
