Administration system for mobile units

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a system for administering mobile units in the health and welfare service. The system will be used for about 1,200 Samsung tablets and mobile phones used by employees in different service areas. It must make it easier to set up, update and secure the devices and provide central overview and control. The aim is safer information handling, less manual follow-up and more efficient use in line with the municipality’s requirements for privacy, information security and operational reliability. All employees in Bodø municipality, including associated companies and subordinate entities using the municipality’s ICT platform, must be able to use the system.
