Construction works – SR contract, new build, Helsinki, Heka Kruunuvuorenranta Haakoninlahdenkatu 2 and As Oy Helsingin Stansvikinkallio

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of two housing companies, a parking garage under the courtyard deck and a shared courtyard in Helsinki’s Kruunuvuorenranta area as a fixed-price SR contract. In addition to building works, all HVAC, plumbing and electrical works and all necessary design services are included. Before the preliminary agreement is signed, an agreement is to be concluded with the client, the lead designer and the architect, after which the SR contractor becomes the new client under the lead designer and architect contracts. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated start of the works is 09/2027 and they must start no later than 11/2027.
