Water chillers and heat pumps for phase II of the new psychiatric building

Summary

Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue is procuring water chillers and heat pumps for phase II of the new psychiatric building through a restricted procedure. The equipment is procured as a separate contract by the construction client and subordinated to the main works contract in accordance with the RT 80271 subcontracting agreement. Phase II covers about 24,000 gross square metres, and the useful area for hospital operations is 13,900 square metres.
