Valuation services for calculation of property taxes

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for valuation services to support the calculation of property taxes for the Network of Petroleum Municipalities (NPK). The supplier will assist the valuation committee/expert committee with valuation of land-supply installations for oil and gas property tax purposes, and with any additional assessments during the framework period. The framework agreement is for three years with an option to extend by 3+3 years. The estimated value is NOK 6 million excluding VAT, and the total contract value is estimated at NOK 10 million excluding VAT.
