Summary

The tender concerns the audit of the annual financial statements for 2026 up to a maximum of 2030 for the Rhineland-Palatinate mobility authority, including the audit of bookkeeping under Sections 317 et seq. of the German Commercial Code (HGB). The scope of the audit is to be extended to Section 53 of the Budgetary Principles Act (HGrG) in order to determine an up-to-date picture of the asset, financial and earnings position in compliance with proper accounting principles. The contract is to be awarded through an open procedure to conclude a contract with one company.
