Framework agreement for Cisco Unified Communications and collaboration systems

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation and migration of products or licences/subscriptions, as well as support and related services for the complex Cisco communications and collaboration infrastructure at Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg. During the contract term, individual system components and bundled orders may be called off, and consulting, design, expansion, migration and maintenance services for operating the systems may also be ordered progressively.
