The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other listed offences. The bidder must also confirm that it has taken self-cleaning measures where applicable and that the information can be verified electronically if such evidence is available. The bidder must have completed at least one contract in the last 36 months with a value of at least EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, covering the sale and installation of active data network equipment together with network solution configuration. A framework-agreement order may also be used as a reference if it was delivered and accepted within the reference period. The bid must include the contract value, signing and performance dates, the client’s name and contact details. The contracting authority may request additional explanations, data or documents within five working days.
