Medicinal product rebate agreement for omalizumab

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of medicinal products or the conclusion of a rebate agreement for the active substance omalizumab for the period from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2028. DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude non-exclusive rebate agreements with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible. The bidder must note that the exact medicinal products are to be specified in an annex to the contract and that the agreement ends automatically when a new exclusive agreement enters into force.
