Summary
The tender concerns heavy recovery and towing services for the first Incident Management recovery operation in the Netherlands. The service must be provided on call and covers the initial recovery of trucks and motor vehicles with a permitted maximum mass of more than 3,500 kg in the event of an accident or breakdown on roads where Incident Management applies as designated by the road authority.
