IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support services – RV Digitalisierung (2027)

Summary

The tender concerns IT services related to the design and implementation of digitalisation strategies for public administrations in Bremen, Hamburg, Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein, as well as for Dataport AöR itself. It is a framework agreement under which services will be ordered according to actual need. The contract starts upon award, but not earlier than 1 March 2027, and ends on 28 February 2030; if the contracting authority does not confirm the end date in writing by 30 June 2029, the contract is extended by one year until 28 February 2031. The successful bidder becomes the primary contractor, and the next-ranked bid may also be awarded as a secondary contractor to act as a substitute.
