Energy efficiency services and building renovation

Summary

The tender concerns an integrated procurement of energy efficiency services for buildings owned by Arca Capitanata in the municipalities of San Paolo di Civitate, San Giovanni Rotondo and Serracapriola. The scope includes design, implementation, operation, supply of the energy carrier, management and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the systems, energy and building refurbishment, and making the systems serving the properties safe and compliant with regulations. It is an open procedure to be carried out through project financing.
