Concrete works – Construction of the foundation slab for the Kokerei Hansa training workshop

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new load-distributing foundation slab inside the existing building “Lehrwerkstatt”. The works include stripping out the ground-floor interior, removing the existing floor slab and substructure, preparing the construction area, and casting a 1.00 m thick foundation slab in three concreting stages. Materials must be brought into the building through existing door, gate and wall openings; crane access is not possible.
