Summary

The tender concerns refurbishment and improvement works at Curraheen Park Greyhound Stadium. The works include upgrading public circulation areas, bars, restaurants, corporate hospitality suites, sanitary accommodation, stairways and back-of-house areas, as well as forming new wind lobbies, associated signage, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, joinery refurbishment, decoration and all associated making good. The works are to be carried out in an operating greyhound racing venue and are linked to the 2026 Laurels competition.
