Summary

The tender concerns the creation, testing, translation and dissemination of a modular toolkit for local and regional authorities. The work includes a strategy template, a self-diagnostic tool, a stakeholder mapping and engagement kit, a funding navigator, communication materials in local languages, and starter packs on financing, State aid and procurement. Pilot activities with selected local authorities may also be part of the contract.
