The tender concerns the development and operation of a web-based feedback, learning and analysis platform, i.e. a CIRS system, for family caregivers. The system must allow users to share experiences from home care securely, record critical incidents and support needs in a structured way, and provide the contracting authority with a data-based basis for identifying service gaps and improvement needs.
