Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements for medicines, through which Amgros I/S intends to supply hospital pharmacies and, where relevant, also the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements are non-exclusive and do not oblige the hospital pharmacies to buy from or use them. The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification, exclusion or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
