Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption and fraud. The notice also refers to the usual self-cleaning possibility where allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of exclusion grounds; the exact grounds and any required confirmations must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must submit a bid that complies with the tender documents and the technical description. The bid must be submitted on the required forms, including Form 1 for participation and Form 4 for the price offer, and the bidder must add the product descriptions, manufacturer information, certificates, declarations of conformity and other evidence needed to verify compliance. If the bid is a joint bid, a joint-bid power of attorney must be attached. If the signatory is not authorised according to the register, a power of attorney for representation must be submitted. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and are not originating from sanctioned areas.
