The tender concerns framework agreements for medicines, which Amgros intends to use to supply the interested parties’ hospital pharmacies and possibly for resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements are non-exclusive, there is no purchase obligation, and the regional hospital pharmacies are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
