Support services and services under the Social Welfare and Child Protection Acts

Summary

The tender concerns open-care support services and services under the Social Welfare and Child Protection Acts for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The contracting authority also reserves two one-year options for 2029 and 2030, and will decide on using the options no later than 12 months before the end of the original contract period. Bids may be submitted for individual lots. The procurement is divided into two lots: 1) home help for families with children; 2) professional support person services. Home help for families with children is mainly provided by the contracting authority itself, while professional support person services are procured as outsourced services. The contracting authority does not commit to a fixed procurement volume, and actual volumes may change during the contract period.
