Creation and dissemination of a Toolkit for Local and Regional Social Economy Policy Support

Summary

The tender concerns the creation, testing, translation and dissemination of a modular toolkit for local and regional authorities. The toolkit should help authorities design, fund and deliver social economy strategies and policies, and may include a strategy template, a self-diagnostic tool, stakeholder mapping, a funding navigator, communication materials in local languages, and starter packs on financing, State aid and procurement. Pilot activities with selected local authorities may also be part of the contract.
