Summary

This tender concerns the supply of software packages and information systems for the municipality of Texel. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier so that the contracting authority can quickly and lawfully procure the required software over the next four years, with an option to extend the contract four times by one year. The bidder must be able to supply standard software for the various functional areas, provided the relevant producer has authorised the supply. The estimated value over 8 years is EUR 4–8 million. The supply of servers, storage, virtualisation and backup storage, and directly related software, licences and interconnects is excluded because it is covered by separate procurements.
