Technical design services – energy refurbishment of HDJ Tegelsbarg

Summary

The tender concerns technical design services for the energy refurbishment of the HDJ Tegelsbarg building. The work covers the design of technical building systems, including ventilation, heating, electrical systems and related solutions, as well as a reassessment of the energy concept. The design services are to be provided in three stages, with stages 1–3 commissioned first; the later stages are optional. The work must be carried out while the building remains in use and must take account of the already completed RISE-funded measures.
