Summary

The tender concerns the supply of external personnel on a ZZP basis and other external personnel on a secondment basis via intermediaries. The contract is not divided into lots, and bidding for only part of the contract is not allowed. The estimated contract value is about EUR 3,000,000 per year, or EUR 18,000,000 over the six-year term; the maximum contract value is EUR 36,000,000 over six years. If the maximum value is exceeded, the contract ends and will be retendered.
