Summary
The tender concerns the installation, management and maintenance of vending machines for hot and cold drinks, snacks and refreshments in all VU buildings, including office, public and meeting areas. The contract is intended as a full-service agreement with one contractor for the total vending service for Vrije Universiteit. The initial contract term is 6 years, with an option to extend it 2 times by 2 years. The expected start date is 1 March 2027.
