Framework agreement for F-35 turbine fuel

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of F-35 turbine fuel to meet the contracting authority’s needs. The framework agreement must ensure a stable supply in peacetime, contingency situations, armed conflict, crisis and war in order to maintain the Norwegian Armed Forces’ capability. The contract has two sub-contracts: tank deliveries and a withdrawal contract, under which the contracting authority will collect the fuel from the tenderer’s stock.
