Framework agreement for object planning, architectural services

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for object planning (architecture) for all refurbishment and conversion works on existing buildings at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). The framework agreement runs for up to 4 years (2 years fixed term plus a 2-year extension option). Individual assignments may cover all HOAI service phases or only the later phases LPH 5-8. Four framework partners will be appointed. For individual contracts, assignments are made alternately without a new procurement procedure, except that individual object-planning assignments with a volume of at least EUR 1.5 million net in chargeable costs are awarded through mini-competitions among the framework partners. The minimum and maximum total fees for possible individual assignments under the framework agreement are EUR 5,000 net minimum and EUR 5,000,000 net maximum over 4 years, plus VAT.
