Construction site supervision services

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and maintenance works for the Regensburg network for the period 15 October 2026 to 31 December 2027. The contractor will need to provide specialist construction supervision or railway construction supervision for the track/superstructure area, including the additional FaSt training; for Lot 1, a switching request applicant may also be required. The work locations are in the AIM Regensburg area, covering the Regensburg (NG1), Landshut (NG2), Plattling (NG4), Schwandorf (NG5) and Weiden (NG6) network districts. The contract is divided into Lot 1 for maintenance, individual fault rectification and prevention in NG1/NG2/NG4, and Lot 2 for the same services in NG5/NG6.
