The tender concerns the supply and installation of PV installations in field-mounted arrangements at three sites in North Holland: RWZI Den Helder, the former Oostoever dredging depot and, optionally, Balgzand. Because of the nearby military airfield Kooijmeer, only glass-free plastic PV panels may be supplied at all locations to avoid glare affecting air traffic.
