Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation, management, maintenance and further development of an AI chatbot solution to replace the current chatbot. The solution must support students in an accessible, reliable and efficient way and handle sessions properly. The contract is not divided into lots. Participation in only part of the contract is not allowed. The estimated annual contract value is EUR 96,000 excluding VAT, including processing 100,000 sessions, and this annual amount is also the price ceiling. Bids with annual costs above EUR 96,000 excluding VAT will be excluded.
