Summary

The tender concerns cleaning services for the Leppävaara and Tapiola areas of Espoo. The contract is divided into six lots and covers substitute cleaning staff services, regular maintenance and annual cleaning, textile furniture washing, floor care and commissioning cleaning after maintenance works. Participation requires attending a mandatory site visit for each lot, signing a confidentiality undertaking, and obtaining access credentials to the service system before submitting a bid.
